2 air conditioning installers listed in Durban. Describe the job once and get quotes back from the ones who want it — then fund the job in stages through escrow, so your money is only released when you have seen the work and approved it.
Prices vary with the job, so Bricks & Sparks asks several tradespeople to quote on the same description of your work. You compare itemised quotes side by side rather than guessing from an hourly rate.
Verified tradespeople have had their ID, trade credentials and bank details checked by us. Reviews come only from homeowners who paid for a job through the platform, so nobody can post one without having hired somebody.
You secure the money in escrow, held by a licensed provider — not by us. It is released when you approve the finished work, milestone by milestone on bigger jobs. If something goes wrong, the funds stay put until it is settled.
